Bob works from home to escape the distraction of office chit chat but no worries of the distraction at home! If he can assumes his office and imagine it as his home, he is completely worries free! So, wherever you are now, stop thinking, concentrate on your work, make sure you off your butt from your chair and walk out of the office on time! Traffic jam? On your radio, sing together, and only think you are on the way to a perfect date or perfect meal! Can't sleep? Stop thinking! Why worry for things that never will happen!

  1. I used to worry so much and by the end of the day, nothing help and eventually the problem getting worse.

    I quit my PA job and try to get an admin job so I can off work on time. But somehow, I can't find any although pay is not an issue for me and since so many months only live with expenses and no income, my life getting worst. When my health issues trigger me, I'm more than terrified, I got insomnia because my financial and health problem. I know if I continously being in this situation, I sure will end up with depression. I learnt meditation from You Tube and learnt to take easily. And I take the ebay class to get myself stop thinking on my problems and I'm grateful that it leads me to discover this SRT. Recently, I found a job and I see some improvement. Thank you everyone, everything and me.

    You see, sometimes when we are too worry, we simply shut down ourself from anyone, everything and yourself. But when you take a big step and let the problem aheads you by facing it naturally, you'll see the differences.
